Symptoms

On :  11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The New Address button is inactive on the Account form in Outlook.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The New Address button should be active on the Account form in Outlook both for existing and new objects.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open existing  Account record in Outlook or create a new one.
2. The New Address button is inactive (looks grayed out)


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new accounts (as the Address is mandatory) or add new address on existing records.
