Information in this document applies to any platform.
After events are changed from "Diagnosis" to "Symptom", related to an existing "Diagnosis" and saved, these events cannot be deleted nor reverted back to "Diagnosis". The following error is thrown if the "Symptom" radio button is checked for the event and the case is saved:
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
Additional error messages seen include:
Error Message "Error No 301200101 Description: Please contact your system
administrator." appears upon saving the case.
CMN_ERROR_LOG table has following information.
Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 8197 occurred.
