Troubleshooting - Incorrect Autopooling Results from a Requisition

Purpose
The Automatic Candidate Pooling feature, also known as Autopooling, allows users in the Recruiting Center to quickly access, from a specific open requisition, a list of existing candidates who already applied on other job submissions and who fit specific autopooling criteria and advanced search criteria configured in the requisition itself.
Here are some common issues encountered by users and recommendations to troubleshoot them:
- Automatic Pool button and AutoPooling Criteria tab are not displayed in requisition files.
- A candidate is displayed in the result list of Automatically Pooled candidates from a requisition file but he should not be there.
- A candidate does not appear in the result list of autopooled candidates from a requisition but he should be part of the results.
- There is no candidate in the list of Automatically Pooled candidates.
