Persist Added Routes To On-premise Subnet Via Cloud CSG (Doc ID 2275267.1)

As part of setting up a guest OPC (Oracle Public Cloud) instance for VPN access, a route that uses the Cloud CSG (Corente Services Gateway) as the gateway to the on-premise subnet(s) needs to be added. This route needs to be added every time the instance is rebooted or recreated. Alternatively, the route can be made persistent and survive across reboots. This is explained here.
This article explains how to make the routes added to the on-premise subnet via the Cloud CSG, persist across reboots of the guest OPC instances.
