Unable To Search Persons On Person Management Search Page After P2T (Doc ID 2275323.1)

Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Human Resources

After the P2T, the HR Specialist users are unable to search for the workers in Person Management Search, although the data could be seen in query results. The following processes were run:
Update Person Search Keywords
Synchronize Person Records
Refresh Manager Hierarchy

The Update Person Search Keywords process logs showed the following message:

Begin Crawler
In refresh ptu data
incremental crawler: STARTED by 2017-06-08 17:19:17.036302000 +00:00
delta query population size is 26312
executed populate_incr_person_ids by 2017-06-08 17:19:17.139507000 +00:00
Delta records are more than 10K, so try to run with All People option during maintenance time.
