Custom configured click to call phone field not working for newly customized GUI

We configured the Click to call for two new countries that we are going to deploy.
We have configured the same as we configured for other countries but the phone field is not displaying correctly

Phone field should display correctly

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to customer site and open click to call link

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer cannot deploy solution to new countries.
