Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After the employee is transferred to US LDG, the user from India LDG is still able to search for that employee in Person Management event the Data Role is secured by a Person Security Profile secure by LDG (also for Public Person).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The employee should not be visible in the Person Management search results for India user

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Data Role wich is secure by Person Security Profile = Secure by LDG
2. Perform a Global Transfer
3. Search for the employee in Person Management
4. The employee could be found
