Corporate Currency Set As "GBP" Shows "USD" when Converting Lead into Opportunity Currency (Doc ID 2275449.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Though Corporate Currency is set as "GBP", Currency is showing as "USD" when converting a Lead into an Opportunity.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When customer converts leads to opty, the right currency is not reported on the records that were already on the system.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Leads
2. Create a new one
3. Save
4. Click on Actions, Click on Convert and submit
5. Check the Opty and the Currency shows correctly.

6. Do same process with a record that is already there it shows the wrong currency.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the right currency on Opportunity page after conversion.
