Error: "Client and server versions do not match" When Opening PDF File From Unifier Document Manager (Doc ID 2275678.1)

Symptoms


When customer is trying to open PDF file it reports error.


ERROR
-----------------------
Initialization failed. INCOMPATIBLE_CLIENT
Client and server versions do not match
client = 21.0.1
server = 21.0.0
An error occurred while connecting to the server.
Restart the applet?
[ NO ] [ YES ]


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Unifier environment.
2. Login as issued user.
3. Open issed shell.
4. Open Document Manager.
5. Try to open PDF file from Document Manager with Unifier Viewer.
6. Error showed up.
7. Issue received.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot use AutoVue to view documents.
