Fusion Profile Management: Not Able To Access Navigator Since Public Information Page

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Profile Management
Not able to access Navigator since Public Information Page
Only on the Public Information Page, I am not able to click on the Navigator icon. Even if I click on Done, I am still not able to go on Navigator to access to others modules.
removed all customizations and retested and issue still persists for this 1 page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Person Profile page
2. Click on Navigator icon
