Engage Bulk Sending To Oracle Service Cloud

SRM -> Engage
Select manually specific messages and then bulk send them to Oracle Service Cloud. Currently, we can only send a message every time.
Customer receive massively claims that are related to the same issue/topic . They need them to send this claims easily . It would be easier to send more than 1 message every time. This feature would improve the daily operation.
