Goal

Qn1:Customer is using the Syndicated Proactive chat on his Rightnow pages (custhelp.com domain); is this ok? Aren’t the syndicated widgets meant for external domains?
 
Qn2:Apart from an EE rule to display a SPAC, where the q_id parameter is used to filter chats to the queue, he mentioned he has rules defined in his console as well, for routing chats to certain queues; is this a good practice and, if yes, under what circumstances?
