P6 Job Status Screen Job Text Disappears When Selecting Different Jobs in P6 Professional (Doc ID 2276371.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When reviewing the job status screen in P6 Professional for Cloud Connect, if you click on different jobs in the job status screen, the text for the job will disappear.  

Note: To get the text to reappear you have to double-click on the missing text box.  If you refresh the page, the text is visible until you click on a different job.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The text in the Job Status window should not disappear.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch P6 Pro using P6ProCloudConnect
  2. Select Tools
  3. Open Job Status
  4. Select different line items within the Job Status window
  5. Notice every line item becoming blank
