Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.12.1.0.0 version, On transactions, taxes are not calculated when using Tax Classification Code


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Enable to calculate taxes on manual transactions


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Billing
3. Go to Create Transactions
4. Create a transaction and observed there are not taxes calculated
