My Contacts - Resultset Does Not Return Any Records For One User (Doc ID 2276447.1)

Symptoms

Customer has 2 users: "Michael" and "Casey"
User "Michael" is unable to see contacts in the results of the "My Contacts" search.
User "Casey" is able to see the same contacts in the results of the "My Contacts" search.
It appears that user "Michael" is not being added to the team for the Contacts that he creates.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User "Michael" should be able to see contacts in the results of the "My Contacts" search.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as user "Michael"
2. Create a Contact.
3. Go to the "Contacts" page in SUI, and run the "My Contacts" search.
4. No Results

Due to this issue, users cannot view their own contacts.
