Associating Items to a Child Organization Through FBDI Ends in Error: the Value of the Attribute Primary Unit of Measure Is Not Valid (Doc ID 2276471.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to associate an Item with a Child Organization using the Item Import process, the following errors occur:

If importing items with user set to English:
'ITEM NUMBER'(null) :
  'ITEM NUMBER'(), ITEM_NUMBER - The specified item does not exist.

'ITEM NUMBER'('ORGANIZATION CODE') :
  'ITEM NUMBER' ('ORGANIZATION CODE'), PRIMARY_UOM_NAME - The value of the attribute Primary Unit of Measure is not valid.

If importing items with user set to Spanish:
'ITEM NUMBER'(null) :
  'ITEM NUMBER'(), ITEM_NUMBER - The specified item does not exist.

'ITEM NUMBER'('ORGANIZATION CODE') :
  'ITEM NUMBER'('ORGANIZATION CODE'), TEMPLATE_NAME - The value of the attribute TEMPLATE_NAME is not valid.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Prepare the Data in the Item Import Template and create the .csv and .zip files
2) Load file in “File Import and Export” page to the account scm/item/import
4) Navigate to "Scheduled Processes" page -> schedule new process "Load interface file to import " using "Item Import" as Import Process Parameter and selecting the file uploaded to the scm/item/import account
5) Schedule new process -> submit the process: “Item Import” -> prove the Batch ID of the file
