On Oracle Fusion, version, Trying to review customer imported and not able to find on manage customers page

Expecting to be able to see the imported customer

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Receivables
3. Go to Billing > Manage customer
4. Query the customer imported and observed nothing is returned
