Symptoms

On :  11.1.11.1.0 version, Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Unable to send Agent, run as Recipient, to Role-based recipients.
But adding the users individually as Recipients works.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All users in the job role added to the Agent's Recipients tab should get the report.


OBSERVED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Only users added individually as Recipients receive the emailed Agent.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Allow scheduled report to run via Agent.
2. Note that Agent says that it runs successfully.
3. No emails are received by the users within the job role configured as the Agent Recipient.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This report requires role-based Recipients to make maintaining it manageable.
