Fusion Compensation: Compensation Change Statement to be Generated for Employees Conditionally Based on Workforce Compensation Worksheet Columns (Doc ID 2276582.1)

Goal

In the Compensation plan some workers did not receive any Salary Increase nor any other kind of changes.
Compensation Change Statements are set so that they would be printed with some texts based on what employees received in plan. If worker did not receive any proposal the Statement would be printed BLANK page (no text).

The Statements are generated massively ('Generate Statements' button --> All workers).
Is there a way not to generate some statements for some employees included in Compensation plan while still generating statements massively?
