Enhancement Request: Display Deleted Contact Details Information In Approval Notifications

For add contact/Edit contact - Blue dot appears in Approval notification but when we delete contact nothing is shown in approval notification. It's difficult for approver to understand what change has been made to Personal Information.

Please advise if this is expected behavior.
