Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to sync the new custom package in Outlook following error occurred.
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Cannot use the user profile from the newer Platform version 3.28.9002.2190 with the current Platform version 3.28.9001.2146


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Changed the new package in OSC
2. Downloaded the new package in Outlook
3. Received mentioned error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot test the new package in Outlook.
