Updating Email Address Using CRM File Import Does Not Update EMAIL_ADDRESS In OIM (Doc ID 2276819.1)

Symptoms

Update email_address using CRM File Import is not updating the email_address in Identity Manager (OIM).

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User CRM File Import to update the email_address
2. Confirmed in Manage Users the email_address is updated
3. Check in OIM and the email_address is still the original one
