Goal

How do we configure notifications for Certifications Ready to Expire

Customer need the ability to configure FYI notifications when a certification is ready to expire so they can act upon them.
The person profile they are looking into is: Licenses and Certifications. It has a Renewal period and expiration date. we cannot see a way to configure notifications.
Is this feature possible ?
