Some Pages Are Not Loading Fully

Some pages that just do not load entirely. It loads only the header (that blue strip on the upper side) and nothing else. Not even the buttons/links from the header work. Sometimes it does not even load the header, just a blank page.

So far this issue has been seen in both Resource Directory and Application Composer.

Customer expects all pages to load completely.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User logs into OSC SUI.
2. User attempts to access App Composer.
3. Page does not fully load.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access App Composer or Resource Directory.
