Engage: Users Viewing the Same Message are Seeing Different Timestamps

On : N/A version, Engage

There are two users that are viewing the same message, each on their own device. They have set the same configuration of date/time in their computer's settings.

They see the same message but they can't see the same date timestamp of the message.

Please advise.
