Symptoms
When attempting to send the .xml file to BenefiX, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-BEN:::BEN_EXT_NO_MAPPING: BEN-991075The extract transmission file creation process failed.No mapping definition exists for the combination of the lookup type {1} and lookup code {0}.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Benefits Extract file
2. Send .xml file
3. Dependents are not being passed
4. Error showing mapping issue
