Symptoms

Contact search is not working properly on the create account page.
It works for few and does not work for few

Reproducible Steps
1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to accounts
3. Create account
4. Primary Contact search is not giving proper results for few contacts, it is working fine for few contacts
