On Unifier : In an Oracle cloud hosted environment
Expected Result: When the Request For Bid (RFB) Invitation is triggered the Bidder/Vendor end user should receive two email messages, one with the invitation and a second with the login credentials.
Actual Result: The bidder is only receiving the invitation.
