Purpose
To explain how conditions using field values from Recruiting will be evaluated in Onboarding (Transitions) processes when enabling the Dynamic Condition Evaluation feature ( Setting: Proactive update of waiting conditions)
Scope
- Dynamic Condition Evaluation automatically updates the field value associated to a condition when that value changes in the candidate's submission. Fields honored by DCE - updates some address fields, personal information fields and offer fields (both standard and UDF) used in the candidates submission. It does not consider Submission type fields.

- The Onboarding Administration setting associated to the feature is called Proactive update of waiting conditions
- Prerequisite Setting: Path - Configuration > Onboarding > Settings > Proactive update of waiting conditions
No – re-evaluation of waiting conditions is not invoked when information is provided or updated in Recruiting. (Default)
Yes – re-evaluation of waiting conditions is invoked when information is provided or updated in Recruiting. (This re-evaluation is approximately 5- 15 minutes after the data is changed).
