Cannot Access Manage Companies Icon in the Cloud Administration Application (Doc ID 2277287.1)

Access  the "Cloud Administration" application in the Cloud Portal page, click on the "Manage Companies" icon on the left side menu bar, the page hangs upon loading, never completes loading. No error message is displayed.

NOTE: The Cloud Administrator is able to access "User Administration" and the "Manage Password Polices" icons and they load without problem.
