Employee Social Insurance is calculating on previous salary amount

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Employee Social Insurance to calculate on current Salary Amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change Salary effective June 01 2017 from 18193 to 18443
2. Process Payroll. New Salary amount processes correctly.
3. Employee Social Insurance Amount is calculating on previous Salary amount of 18193
Employee Social Insurance = (Basic Salary+social allowance) * 0.05 ((18193+800)*0.05) = 949.65

Due to this issue, users cannot unable to process correct Employee Social Insurance Amount for employee.
