BI Agent - "Failed To Open Connection To SMTP Server" Error (Doc ID 2277503.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Analytics

Reports Scheduler is not working - "Failed to open connection to SMTP Server" error

The Reports Scheduler / Actionable Intelligence Agent is not working . When a scheduler is created and run, after 2 minutes an error is shown, e.g.:
