On : NA version, Core SOA Product Issues

Not able to start MFT CS instances and servers fail to start. Logs shows the below error.

Starting WLS with line:
<JDK HOME> -server -Dweblogic.Name=<AdmnSvrName><Middleware Home>/wlserver/server/lib/weblogic.policy -Dweblogic.ProductionModeEnabled=true -Dweblogic.system.BootIdentityFile=/u01/data/domains/<Domain Name>/servers/<AdmnSvrName>/data/nodemanager/ -Dweblogic.nodemanager.ServiceEnabled=true -Dweblogic.nmservice.RotationEnabled=true -DJAAS.USER.SPECIFIED.MEM.ARGS=REPLACE -Xms1048m -Xmx2048m -Xloggc:/u01/data/domains/<Domain Name>/<admnsvr.log> -XX:+UseGCLogFileRotation -XX:NumberOfGCLogFiles=2 -XX:GCLogFileSize=5m .............

[jfr][WARN ][1.355] Unable to create JFR repository directory using base location (/tmp).
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Failed to start tracing backend.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the servers in MFT domain in cloud.
