Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Notebook Description, Issue Description does not support Unicode characters. 

In Primavera P6 Web when description (Notebooks, Issues) is typed in another language such as, Arabic, Dari, Persian, after saving, all of the characters convert to question marks (???? ?????????? ??????? ????? ??? ????).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Multi Byte character can be displayed correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login P6 Web.
2. Open a Project and go to Notebook Tab.
3. Enter Arabic language and save.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter Arabic language.
