On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Partner Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Business Plan not visible after PB6 Upgrade

Using channel admin, Channel Operation Manager, Channel Account Manager, Partner Admin or Partner Sales Manager job roles, user is unable to see the business plan after PB6 upgrade on below environment.

This issue is observed for OOB ROles as well as the custom roles. Only 
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Channel users should be able to view Business Plans.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as channel admin, Channel Operation Manager, Channel Account Manager, Partner Admin or Partner Sales Manager.
2. Navigate to Springboard.
3. Business Plans object is not available.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view business plans in Sales Cloud.
