Goal

PROBLEM STATEMENT

When customer submits an absence, it flows to payroll, but does not reduce from
net pay automatically resulting in same net pay all the time for different
absence percentage Payments

Three scenarios:
++ Plan 1: Planned vacation where pay out is 100%
++ Plan 2: Employee takes leave - They'll be paid only 70%
++ Plan 3: Employee takes leave - The'll be paid 0%
