After update trigger not fired on Source System References from Customer Data Management (CDM) (Doc ID 2278209.1)

After update trigger at Account Object using Groovy script is not firing when Original System Reference (OSR) is updated.

Expect trigger to fire when updating in Source System References from Customer Data Management (CDM).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an after update trigger on the account object. In CDM, end date the current OSR, and add new one.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, cannot fire trigger when Source System Reference is update or created.
