Body of email is blank on Customer Statement email
Body of email is blank on customer statement email even though the setups are there in manage system options for that business unit. The same setup worked in Release 11, but since upgrading to R12 the email is being delivered, but the body is blank. I have provided screenshots of the setup and the email.
Email body should have content as per setup.
