Receive a 'Report Printed' Confirmation Window, but Then Nothing Happens While Printing to PDF Using Primavera Virtual Desktop (PVD) - P6 Professional Using Secure Global Desktop (SGD)

When attempting to print to PDF from within Primavera Virtual Desktop (PVD) -- P6 Professional using Secure Global Desktop (SGD) -- after attempting to print to a Universal PDF viewer, user receives a 'Report Printed' confirmation window, but then nothing happens.
When printing within PVD, after receiving a 'Report Printed' confirmation window, the PDF file should be accessible to view.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Log into P6 Professional.
b. Go to File > Print Preview.
c. From the Print Preview screen, click the Print button.
d. Select Universal PDF viewer from the Printer Name dropdown menu.
e. Click OK.
f. "Report printed" message pops up.
g. Next pop-up window doesn't display to allow the user to a specify location to save the report.
f. Report does not exist in default save location.
Due to this issue, users cannot print PDF's from P6 cloud successfully.
