Unable to access Application Deployed in Web Logic, via IDCS (Doc ID 2278339.1)

Symptoms

Followed all the steps mentioned in Oracle document to integrate  application deployed on weblogic with IDCS .

Able to access this application When  accessing it  from weblogic console ->Deployments ->targets   page.

Mentioned Assertion Consumer url as http://<hostname>:<port>/saml2/sp/acs/post
When clicking on application from IDCS It's redirecting to  "http://<hostname>:<port>/saml2/sp/acs/post "  and giving 404 page not found error.
