Business Process Log displaying an incorrect Date when using a 'Date Only Picker' Data Element (Doc ID 2278490.1)

Symptoms

On any Business Process log that utilizes a 'Date Only' Picker, the date in the log column is displaying incorrectly. The date is off by one day earlier than what is found in the BP Record.

The date on the Record is correct, but the date displayed on the log is off by one day.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Normally, the log for the Business Process should display the date that is found within the record.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
---------------------

  1. Login as any user
  2. Navigate to applicable workspace
  3. Open any Record
  4. Notice that in the dates found in the Business Process log and the record are off by one day. The date in the Log is one day before the date in the Record.
