Symptoms
When applying to a job posted on a Career Section, a system error is presented after saving the Work Experience or Education blocks.

The Selection fields Program, Employer and Institution on these blocks display as text fields without the Select option. When the candidate clicks Save and Continue after entering a value under these fields, a system error is thrown.
