Customer has added the fields for Phone on Account creation page.
When the user creates a new account the phone fields are not editable on Account Creation Page
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to the Application
2. Navigate to Sales -> Account -> Click Create Account
3. Phone fields are not editable
