Error: "Failure of webserver bridge - no backend server available for connection" When Logging Into P6 Cloud Enviornment (Doc ID 2278620.1)

Cloud-hosted Customers Only:

When attempting to login to the Oracle hosted P6 EPPM environment the following error message is observed:


Failure of webserver bridge - no backend server available for connection

The following error is noted in the Weblogic Log file:

Jun 15, 2017, 7:47:48,85 PM GMT> <[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '31' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "621" seconds working on the request "Http Request Information: weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletRequestImpl@3075d1ea[GET /p6/servicehealth]
", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds in "server-failure-trigger". Stack trace:

Derby server stopped.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Access the cloud-hosted customer's URL:  https://<environemnet_url>
  2. Login with username/password
  3. Observer Error
