Symptoms

When attempting to view service status, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Unable to load data.
Unknown error, please contact your system administrator.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 web access.
2. Navigate to Administer -> view service status.
