Configuring Sales Cloud For Outlook

On : 126.96.36.199.0 version, Microsoft Outlook
If we configure fields to be ReadOnly in Application Composer, the Fields are also made ReadOnly in Outlook (as expected).
Though - for some fields, we are interessted in making the ReadOnly for Outlook only (but still editable in Sales Cloud)
Is that possible?
