Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Connection/Login Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Mobilytics for Sales is not displaying any data
User is able to login to Oracle Mobilytics but no data is found in the environment . User has Sales Administrator and Sales Manager role.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As a Sales Manager, user should be able to see Mobilytics reports.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Mobilytics using <SalesCloudURL>/helpPortal/mobilytics
2. No data is seen in Mobilytics reports.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view any Mobilytics reports.
