UserAccountActiveFlag In Resource WS Doesn't Provide Value

Why when using findResource operation from Resource SOAP Web Service we cannot retrieve the value for UserAccountActiveFlag field?
According to the documentation this field "Indicates if the resource has active user account or not.".
The field UserAccountActiveFlag is always empty in the response.
