Deleted Scheduled Reports Still Triggering Emails

There are 'ghost' scheduled reports still triggering, despite the fact that they were deleted, or the schedule changed. Emails with the report are received even though this report does not exist as such and the scheduler shows none with that name.

Another possible symptom is that one report has been scheduled by same user twice at the same time, only one is visible/editable on UI, but two emails are getting to the recipients since.
