JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.JBO-HZ:::HZ_ERR_INVALID_ADDRESS: HZ-120485You cannot save this address because at least one of the address elements is invalid.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to sync on OSC;
2. Sync error pop up.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync without getting the error.
